What does it mean when my account status is 'Pending Ack'?
This means you need to agree to the Terms and Conditions to complete your application process and submit for approval.
Not sure where to go? Here's how in a few simple steps:
- Login to your Jupiter account and click on 'Accounts'
- Click 'submit'

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen select check the box to acknowledge then click 'Submit for Approval.'

- You are all set! You will be notified as soon as your account has been reviewed.
